Remote Maintenance Technologies (RMT) provides technical support services, including project management, engineering surveys, installation, start-up, commissioning, process engineering, system upgrades, emergency support and remote services to the packaging industry. We have successfully installed, commissioned and currently support production systems for several major companies such as: BNSF, Land O’Lakes, Cargill, Murphy Oil and Louisiana Pacific. RMT Service Engineers are factory trained on a variety of packaging systems, and maintain an expertise in process control devices, control systems, and communication networks. All RMT service engineers meet current OSHA safety requirements; maintain security clearance, and are fully equipped to support most production environments and operations. All projects and services are planned and managed through RMT’s Support Central; including task assignments, resource scheduling, issue development & resolution.
